Karl Subban, father of Pernell k., discuss about life goals at Baden's Waterloo-Oxford

​Karl Subban's motivational speech at Waterloo-Oxford on Monday Oct. 7 comprised of several anecdotes, NHL references and unlocking one's potential.
Subban, a retired principal and educator, has three sons in professional hockey. P.K. Subban is a defenceman for the National Hockey League's New Jersey Devils, Malcolm Subban is a goalie for the Vegas Golden Knights and Jordan Subban is a defenceman in the Austrian Hockey League.
The 61-year-old, a self-proclaimed Montreal Canadiens fan, got some strong reaction when asking the students about their favourite teams in the NHL.
