just before the play-offs 2019: Jets' Dustin Byfuglien infuriated with power-play snub vs. Avalanche !!!

Jets defenseman Dustin Byfuglien was infuriated when he was left on the bench during a power play during Winnipeg's matchup with the Avalanche on Thursday.
The 33-year-old player slammed his stick on the bench and broke it after he didn't make it out onto the ice once during an opportunity with a man advantage in the second period
 
Byfuglien has dealt with injuries for much of this season as he has been limited to 41 games on the year, but that hasn't stopped him from being highly effective with the power play unit.
He sits 17th in the NHL among defensemen with 16 power-play points on the year (one goal, 15 assists) and has been consistently good with the group over the last few years.
So to be on the bench in those types of moments is a bit odd and his frustration is understandable.
However, the Jets sit fifth in the NHL in power-play goals this season and fourth in power-play percentage, so the team has more than found a way to produce in those opportunities even with Byfuglien missing nearly half the year.
